Do you remember a place called Nottingham from your childhood?


You may know more about this city than you might think!


When we arrived in this energetic city mixed with medieval and modern, little did we know that we would find ourselves eating lunch in a sacred church, exploring deep and mysterious caves, and see Robin Hood everywhere!

Is he just a fabled character?

Or a real legendary hero?

As a child, and still today, we have always been fascinated about Robin Hood and his quests with his merry men!

We supported his mission. We admired his courage! And we were enchanted by his adventures!

    A good and enthusiastic post combined with some great photographs. A pity we didn’t get to hear about the people most likely to have been the real Robin Hode since that information in itself is fascinating. Maybe at the October festival they’ll see a little more and be able to visit the oldest pub in the UK which is near the Castle., Ye Olde Trip to Jerusalem. There’s a passage in the caves below, leading to the Castle.
